Michael Local Cleaning Service
Privacy Policy
Last updated October 28, 2026
Michael Local Cleaning Service (“we”) runs this website. This policy explains what information we receive, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
What this website collects
The site has no accounts, cookies or advertising trackers, and its fonts and images are served from the site itself.
It counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records the pages viewed, how quickly they load, the site you came from, and your browser, type of device and country. It uses no cookies and doesn’t identify you or follow you to other sites.
The quote form sends nothing until you press send.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which handles standard request data — IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
What you send us
When you send the quote form, email us or call us, we receive what you include: usually your name, company, email address, phone number, location and details about your space.
Quote form answers are delivered to us through Google Forms and kept in our Google account.
How we use it
To reply to you, arrange a walkthrough, prepare a quote, schedule and carry out cleaning, send invoices, and keep the records our business is required to keep.
We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers who help us run the business — Google, which provides our quote form and email, and Cloudflare, which hosts this site and counts its visits — and authorities when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for your request or our work together, and as long as tax and business records rules require.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us at info@michaellocalcleaning.com or (240) 330-3686 and we’ll reply within 30 days.
Google Forms and Google Maps
Quote requests are delivered through Google Forms, and the address on this site opens Google Maps; Google’s privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy) covers both.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and isn’t directed to children under 13.
Changes and contact
